Mina Sisselman

1919 - 2010

Sisselman was born in Neveh Zedek, one of the oldest neighborhoods of Tel Aviv. She studied painting with Paldi, Gliksberg, Frenkel and Castel. 

In 1947 she traveled to the U.S., seeking to study in a place where there was much openness and no shackling tradition.
